You may upload photos to the App for use with our virtual try-on feature. These photos are stored securely and used solely to provide the service.

We automatically collect certain device information, including device type, operating system, app version, and unique device identifiers.

We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed, actions taken, and session duration. This data is used to improve the App experience.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

Snapparel uses artificial intelligence to process your photos and generate virtual try-on images. Important details about this processing:

• Your photos are processed by AI solely to provide the virtual try-on feature
• We do not use your photos to train AI models. Your images are not incorporated into any machine learning training datasets
• Processing is ephemeral. Generated results are created on demand. Your original photos are preserved separately and are not modified
• AI processing may involve third-party services that are bound by strict data processing agreements

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database (Firestore), file storage, and cloud functions. See Firebase Privacy and Security
• AI Processing Services: For generating virtual try-on images. These services process your photos under strict contractual obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Data Storage and Retention

• Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase)
• Photos are retained until you delete them through the App
• Account data is retained until you request account deletion
• Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Snapparel is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
